Prescott, AZ – October 22, 2024 – Arizona Oncology is proud to announce that its Prescott office has been honored with the prestigious Excellence in Business Award (Large) from the Prescott Chamber of Commerce. The award, presented during the Chamber’s annual awards ceremony, recognizes outstanding businesses that demonstrate exemplary leadership, community involvement, and commitment to service.

Arizona Oncology’s Prescott office was selected for its dedication to providing world-class cancer care, its positive impact on the local economy, and its active participation in community initiatives. The clinic offers a range of advanced cancer treatments, including breast surgical oncology, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation therapy. By offering comprehensive care close to home, Arizona Oncology helps improve patient outcomes and quality of life for residents of Prescott and surrounding areas.

The 23,000-square-foot facility, located at 5430 Landmark Lane, receives this award on the eve of its first anniversary. Having opened one year ago, on October 27, 2023, the state-of-the-art cancer center features a 36-chair infusion area, 17 medical and radiation oncology exam rooms, a PET-CT imaging room, and an outdoor garden space. Recently added were two linear accelerators for advanced external beam radiation treatments and high-dose radiation (HDR) therapy. Patients have access to a team of specialized physicians, including Dr. Allan Espinoza, Dr. Alan Langerak, and Dr. Iyad Hamarneh, as well as a dedicated staff of advanced practice providers, pharmacists, nutritionists, and other medical professionals.
