Family Nurse Practitioner

Nicole Pearce, NP is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Nicole Pearce specializes in bone marrow biopsies and aspiration with a primary focus in gastrointestinal malignancies and malignant hematology.

I believe it’s important to get to know a patient and their goals. Taking the time to really listen is integral in developing a treatment plan that is tailored to their needs and lifestyle. This type of communication and collaboration allows us to create an individualized plan that is based on up-to-date scientific research while still incorporating the needs of the patient and their loved ones. I also value taking the time to ensure that the patient understands their disease and their treatment plan.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, raising her two young children. She is also an avid runner and loves being outdoors.
