Jennifer Martinez, MSN, AGACP-BC is a dedicated and compassionate acute care nurse practitioner who has been delivering care in the Tucson area since 2015. Prior to joining the team at Arizona Oncology, Jennifer practiced as an oncology and ICU nurse, as well as a hospitalist and acute nurse practitioner in a variety of hospital settings. She has a special interest in treating benign and malignant hematologic conditions. Jennifer is an enthusiastic caregiver with experience in prioritizing patient needs.

Jennifer believes each patient and their family deserves a specialized care plan tailored to their needs and their goals. She believes that developing a treatment plan starts with communication – taking time to listen to each patient and answer their questions while ensuring they understand their diagnosis and each step of their care is crucial. Jennifer enjoys getting to know her patients. She understands this is one of the most difficult times in their lives and wants to be a trusted member of their care team.

Jennifer enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband and their twins. As a family, they enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, and going on adventures.
