Arizona Oncology, one of the largest medical groups in Arizona devoted exclusively to cancer care, is pleased to announce the addition of board certified radiation oncologist, Devin Sloan, M.D., to their cancer care team.
Dr. Sloan will provide state-of-the-art cancer treatment at two of Arizona Oncology’s Phoenix centers located at Bethany Home Road and 19th Avenue and Highland Ave and 24th Street. Dr. Sloan has a special interest and extensive experience with cancers of the skin, prostate and head & neck as well as the use of modern Stereotactic Radiosurgery to various areas of the body. He has been practicing in the Phoenix area for 6 years.
Dr. Sloan earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. He went on to complete an internship in general surgery at St. Luke's- Roosevelt Medical Center in New York and residency in radiation oncology at Los Angeles County & USC Medical Center and The University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in Tucson, AZ.
He is currently an active member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.
Arizona Oncology provides radiation therapy at locations adjacent to Abrazo Arrowhead, Abrazo Central Campus and the Biltmore area of Phoenix.
